The Spyderco C66CFP3 Centofante 3 faithfully captures that spirit and translates it into a practical everyday-carry cutting tool. This remarkable knife elevates that design even further with a saber-ground blade crafted from Crucible® Industries’ CPM CRU-WEAR®—an air-hardening tool steel specially formulated to offer both superior wear resistance and toughness. The CRU-WEAR used in this knife’s blade is also enhanced by the Crucible Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process, which ensures an ultra-fine, extremely homogeneous grain structure that maximizes the performance potential of the steel. Rather than the injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon handle and two-position clip that are standard on this model, this elite Exclusive also showcases smooth black carbon fiber scales and a four-position clip that is configurable for left or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carry.
