The DELTA Pro Ultra X Smart Extra Battery connects to the DELTA Pro Ultra X Inverter via a dedicated high-current expansion port and is auto-detected immediately — no configuration, no app setup required. The inverter’s display and EcoFlow app dashboard update in real time to reflect the new total capacity. Multiple Smart Extra Batteries can be added to a single inverter, with each unit contributing an additional 6,144Wh until the system reaches its maximum of 30,720Wh per inverter. With three inverters connected via the 50 Amp Hub, total system capacity scales to 90kWh.
Built on LFP chemistry with over 3,500 charge cycles, this battery is designed for permanent residential installation with the thermal safety and longevity that LFP provides. The DELTA Pro Ultra X Inverter manages all charging automatically — prioritizing solar energy when available, drawing from the battery during peak-rate hours, and topping up from the grid or generator only when necessary. The “X” battery is purpose-built specifically for the DELTA Pro Ultra X platform.
