Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Move up or down anytime. We pro-rate the difference. No penalty either way.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly = month-to-month. Annual = save 2 months but cancel anytime (we refund unused months after the first 90 days).
What if my application is rejected?
You get a real explanation, not an auto-rejection. We charge $0 unless you're approved. If we don't think there's fit, we'll say so directly — and tell you why.
What happens after the Co-Op Year?
You continue at your tier's standard benefits at standard pricing. Charter Wave-1 bonuses (extra newsletter slots, etc.) apply during your first program year only.
How long does onboarding take?
From application approval to live storefront: 14 days max. Faster if your product data is ready to upload.
Do I get access to a brand admin portal?
Yes — the brand portal lets you manage products, edit your storefront, submit newsletter features, and view your Reach Pool reports. (Currently rolling out for the first wave of Founding brands.)
