Our commission is charged on the product price only, not shipping or sales tax. If an order is refunded, so is our commission. The full terms will be in the Seller Agreement you sign before any sale happens on OSS America.

Before you apply.
Is it really free?
Yes. During the beta there are no listing fees, no monthly fees and no commission. After card checkout is live, you pay a commission only on what you sell: 8% for a founding brand's first full year of sales, then 10%.
When does the commission start?
Only after card checkout is live on OSS America, and we'll tell you at least 30 days before. Your founding year starts on that date, so you get a full year of sales at 8%.
What can I sell?
Outdoor and 2A gear: firearm accessories and parts, optics, knives, hunting, camping and survival gear, and apparel. Firearms and ammunition aren't part of the beta. If you make them, tell us in your application.
How do I get paid?
During the beta, shoppers buy on your own website. When card checkout launches, payments go straight to your own payment processor. OSS America never holds your money; we bill our commission monthly.
Who ships and handles returns?
You do, under your own shipping and return policies, just like on your website. If we buy wholesale from you, we ship and handle returns ourselves.
What about sales tax?
Who collects sales tax will be spelled out in the Seller Agreement before any sale happens on OSS America.
Can I leave?
Yes, any time. There's no contract during the beta.
What happens when the 50 spots are gone?
New brands can still join, at the standard 10% rate. The 8% founding rate is only for the first 50.
