Shipping policy

The short version

• $9.95 flat shipping per order, no matter how many items.
• FREE shipping on orders of $99 or more.
• Orders ship within 1 business day after your payment arrives.
• We ship to addresses in the United States.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship outside the United States yet. Some items, like fuel canisters, aerosols and certain batteries, can only travel by ground. That can rule out PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii. If your order has one of those items, we'll email you before it ships.

What shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order. Once your items total $99 or more (after any coupon, before tax), shipping is free. You'll always see the exact shipping charge before you place your order.

When your order ships

We pack and ship orders within 1 business day after your payment arrives (Monday to Friday, except federal holidays). If you pay by Zelle, that clock starts when your Zelle payment reaches us.

Some items ship straight from our distributor's warehouse. If your order has items from more than one place, it may arrive in separate boxes, at no extra cost to you.

Delivery time

We ship with USPS, UPS. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after they ship. Weather and holiday delays are out of our hands, but if your package is running late, email us and we'll help track it down.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also find them on your order page (the link is in your order confirmation email).

Sales tax

On orders delivered in Florida, we collect Florida sales tax: 6% state tax plus your county's surtax. Florida also taxes the shipping charge on these orders. We don't currently charge sales tax on orders shipped outside Florida.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, is missing or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you, including shipping.

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or it says delivered but you can't find the package, email us. We'll work with the carrier and replace or refund your order.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. Need to change it? Email us right away. We can update it until the order ships. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or the delivery was refused, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping charge and the cost of the return shipment.
