Dual-resistance dials adjust from 10 to 70 lbs, so you can start light and work up as your draw muscles get stronger. The center is a real bow string with a real D-loop tied on, which lets you train with your release the way you shoot in the field. If you shoot a recurve, the D-loop can be cut off.
A phone mount comes included and installed, ready for the AccuBow app. The app offers target shooting, bowfishing, bowhunting, a build-your-own range, treestand hunting, dangerous game and archery golf, so practice sessions stay varied.
