Product description
It is the night before season, and you have a dozen bare shafts on the bench. The Bohning Cauldron Fletching Station is built to get those arrows done without the slow one-vane-at-a-time routine. This 3-vane fletching jig lets you fletch all three vanes at once while applying the right amount of pressure for good adhesion.
The Complete Cauldron comes with five color-coded inserts: Straight (gray), 3 degree right helical (black), 3 degree left helical (purple), 1 degree right offset (red) and 1 degree left offset (orange). They snap in and out without tools, so moving from a 3 degree right helical to a 1 degree right takes very little time.
You can leave the nock on your arrow, so there is no center post to swap. Twist the dial at the bottom of the jig to rotate the arrow and index it where you want it. The pressure ring adjusts with a single twist to fit micro, standard and large arrow diameters, which keeps one fletching jig useful across different shafts in your quiver.
