Product description
The CAA MCK Gen 3 conversion kit for the Glock 17, 19, 19X, 22, 23, 31, 32 and 45 is built for the shooter who already runs a red dot on the slide. Earlier MCK generations could not accept a slide-mounted optic. Gen 3 can. You aim with the micro red dot or RMR you already zeroed instead of buying a second sight for the top rail.
Cleaning got real attention too. CAA calls it the CAR-WASH system. Built-in bristles brush the front of the slide as it cycles, and CAA says they handle carbon buildup without hurting your pistol's finish. A front adapter shields the inside of the chassis and comes off for a quick rinse.
Up top sit 4.6-inch aluminum Picatinny rails, front and rear, for whatever optic or sight you prefer. Two charging handles ship with the kit. The Gen 3 handle uses a backplate for slides that carry an optic, and a standard polymer Gen 2 handle covers slides without one. CAA kept the Gen 2 strengths, including the spare magazine holder with a release button, and raised suppressor capacity to a 1.56-inch diameter.
This kit serves 9mm, .40 S&W and .357 SIG Glocks in four colors: Black, Tungsten Grey, FDE Tan and OD Green. CAA makes the full MCK family in the USA. Before you buy, check what your state and city allow.

Can I leave my red dot on the slide?
Yes, Gen 3 is the first MCK that accepts a slide with a micro red dot or RMR mounted, and you can aim with that zeroed optic while the pistol sits in the kit.
What does the CAR-WASH system do?
