Carter Just Cuz 3 Finger Thumb Trigger Release

Full draw, pin settled, and the only thing left is a clean, surprise shot. That moment is what the Carter Just Cuz 3 finger release is built around. This thumb trigger release comes from the minds of Jerry Carter and Dave Cousins, and it is set up to give you a consistent feel every time you reach anchor.

The Just Cuz is designed to be shot off a D-loop, and the brand notes it has been modified so it can also be used with an attached rope. That gives you flexibility in how you connect to the string.

Trigger feel matters as much as anything in a release. Carter replaced its earlier ITS tension system on this model with a Set Screw Tension adjustment system, intended to make dialing in trigger tension more precise and easier. You can set it lighter or firmer to match how you like your shot to break.

The 3 finger handle is listed in an adult size. If you shoot a thumb trigger release and want one you can tune to your own preference, the Carter Just Cuz thumb trigger release is worth a close look for your target or hunting setup.
