CVA Ultimate Muzzleloader Range Rod with .45 and .50 Caliber Loading/Cleaning Jags

Long-range muzzleloader accuracy starts at the bench, when you push the bullet down the bore. If one load sits deeper than the last, or the rod scrapes the crown, your groups open up. The CVA Ultimate Muzzleloader Range Rod is built to keep that loading step consistent on .45 and .50 caliber muzzleloaders.

The rod is solid stainless steel. A bore guide centers the projectile as it starts down the barrel and keeps the rod off the muzzle's crown. An integrated jam nut lets you set your loading depth so each bullet seats the same way, shot after shot. A rotating ball-bearing handle turns as you push, so the stroke feels smooth instead of fighting your hand.

Two machined jags come with the rod, designed for PowerBelt ELR bullets and other long-range projectiles. The same jags work for cleaning, so one range rod handles loading at the bench and wiping the bore at the end of the day.

If you shoot a long-range muzzleloader and want repeatable loads, this CVA range rod gives you the tools to seat every bullet the same way.
