Quaker Boy Aristocrat Slate Pot Call 50th Anniversary

A gobbler hammers back from the next ridge, then hangs up just out of sight. Now you need to talk him in close, sometimes loud and sometimes barely above a whisper. The Quaker Boy Aristocrat Slate Pot Call 50th Anniversary is built for that kind of conversation.

The pot is handcrafted from American cherry hardwood and fitted with a precision-cut Pennsylvania slate surface. A balanced cherry and hickory striker comes with the call, so you are ready to run it right away. The balanced striker design helps you keep consistent control of the sound as you switch calling styles.

That range matters in the turkey woods. Use loud yelps and cutting to locate birds or fire up a fired-up tom, then drop to soft clucks and purrs when he is working in and you want to sound like a content hen. As a traditional friction call, this slate turkey call gives you hands-on control of every note.

If you like the feel of running a pot call, the Quaker Boy Aristocrat slate pot call gives you matched materials and the volume range to handle a spring morning from first gobble to the final few steps.
