RCBS UPM-3 Competition Powder Measure

You have a tray of primed brass on the bench and a load you worked hard to develop. The RCBS UPM-3 Competition Powder Measure is built to help you throw that same charge case after case, without fighting your equipment.

This powder measure meters all powder types by volume, and a single cylinder covers both rifle and pistol work. The metering range runs from 0.5 to 100 grains, so one tool handles small handgun charges and heavier rifle loads alike.

At its core is the Uniflow Powder Measure, paired with a powder baffle and a Micrometer Adjustment Screw. The micrometer lets you make precise adjustments and write down your settings, so when you come back to a favorite load you can dial right back to it. The handle can be mounted on either side, which suits right- and left-handed reloaders and fits however your bench is laid out.

For setting and verifying your charges, RCBS recommends using the UPM-3 with an RCBS powder scale. Set the charge on the scale, record the micrometer reading, and the RCBS UPM-3 powder measure becomes a dependable part of your reloading routine. It comes in green.
