Saunders Power Pull Upper Body Conditioner with Weights

Opening day rewards the archer who can come to full draw slowly, hold steady, and wait for the deer to step clear. That strength gets built long before the season, and the Saunders Power Pull upper body conditioner is made for that off-season work.

This training aid works your back, arms and chest, the muscles you lean on every time you draw. It gives you two ways to train. Pull one band for high reps when your goal is muscle tone. Pull two bands when you want to build more muscle.

The included weights are what set this bow training tool apart from a plain resistance band. They make the unit comparable to your fully equipped bow, so the work you do at home is closer to what your arms feel holding a bow with its sight, rest and quiver attached.

Keep the Saunders Power Pull near the door or in the garage and work in sets whenever you have a few minutes. Steady practice through the year can make that long hold at full draw feel more controlled when it matters. It comes in black and green.
