Product description
It's the middle of the night and you want your handgun secured but within reach. The Hornady Rapid Safe Keypad Vault RFID is a compact gun safe built for that, giving you three ways in so you are not stuck guessing in the dark.
You can open it with an access code on the keypad, with the mechanical key, or touch-free with the RFID reader. RFID entry lets you get in quickly without punching in a code. The keypad and key give you backup options.
The vault is built from heavy duty steel with tamper-proof construction. Outside it measures 13.1 by 11.0 by 3.9 inches, a low profile that suits a drawer. Inside you get 10.6 by 7.8 by 3.3 inches of storage space. It comes pre-drilled, so you can mount it permanently where it stays put.
If you want a black steel keypad vault that fits a nightstand or desk drawer and opens fast, the Hornady Rapid Safe Keypad Vault is worth a close look for your home setup.
