Product description
When a target pops up fast, you want to find the dot without hunting for it. The Viridian MDS35 Modern Dot Sight is a 1x green dot sight built around a large 36 mm x 36 mm objective, so your eye has a generous window to pick up the 3 MOA green BRC reticle and get on target.
Green was chosen for visibility, and you can tune it to the light with eight daytime brightness settings plus two night vision modes. Instant-on activation means the dot is there when you shoulder the gun. A single CR2032 battery is rated for up to 30,000 hours of runtime, and unlimited eye relief lets you mount it where it fits your setup.
Zeroing is straightforward with 1 MOA adjustments and 90 MOA of travel in both windage and elevation. The housing is machined 6061 aluminum with hard coat anodization, and the sight carries an IPX6 weather-resistant rating. It weighs 7.7 oz and measures 3.00 in x 1.60 in x 2.70 in.
The MDS35 uses the Aimpoint T2 footprint, and a 1.5 in absolute co-witness mount comes in the box, so you can run this red dot sight with your iron sights right out of the package.
