Product description
You draw, the pistol comes up, and your eye needs a dot right now, not a search through a cloudy window. The Viridian RFX44 reflex sight is a compact closed emitter green dot built to give you a clear, ready aiming point when it counts.
The 5 MOA green dot sits behind a 21 x 16.5 mm fully multi-coated lens, and the enclosed emitter helps keep dust, debris and moisture away from the reticle system. Viridian moved the electronics to the top of the sight to open up the viewing window. The housing is machined 6061 aluminum with hard coat anodization, and the sight carries an IPX6 rating.
INSTANT-ON activation brings the dot up when you need it, and a 2-minute automatic shutoff helps conserve the CR1632 battery, which is rated for up to 30,000 hours. You get eight daytime and two night-vision brightness settings to match the light you are shooting in.
The RFX44 uses the Aimpoint ACRO footprint, and an RMR adapter plate comes in the box for slides cut for that pattern. At 1.59 oz and 1.59 x 1.02 x 1.15 inches, this green dot sight stays small on your gun.
